TIG Welder - Contract to Hire

Location: Fort Collins, CO (On-Site)

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday

Important: Candidates will start on 2nd shift (4:30 PM - 2:30 AM) for approximately 1-2 months before transitioning to 1st shift (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM).

Job Overview

We are is seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join their growing team. This position focuses on TIG welding and brazing of high-purity stainless steel, specialty alloys, and high-purity plastics utilized in critical applications, including data center infrastructure. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on high-purity stainless steel components.
• Complete brazing operations on stainless steel and specialty materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 3-5 years of TIG welding experience .
• Experience welding high-purity stainless steel.
• Brazing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong fabrication and assembly skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with specialty alloys and metals.
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or machine building environments.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Fort Collins,CO.
