JEWELRY/SALES SPECIALIST

Sales professionals are responsible for meeting personal sales targets by transforming our customers' meaningful moments into memorable celebrations through a fine jewelry experience that is approachable, special, and lasting. They engage customers to create a desire for our products, making them relevant, exciting, and accessible to as many people as possible each day. We provide comprehensive training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills to help you succeed and create a refreshing shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage others to deliver excellent customer service Achieve personal sales targets, including credit applications and protection plan attachment rates Promote Diamond Parties and special events with every customer Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals, foster a positive work environment, and support each other to enhance team performance Build emotional connections with customers through clienteling Provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to customers when presenting merchandise Advise customers on jewelry quality, cuts, and value; assist in selecting mountings and settings Attend all required monthly meetings Operate POS systems, process payments, and obtain credit authorizations Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and provide estimates for repairs Perform watch battery replacements and band adjustments Follow receiving and processing procedures Display merchandise and promotional materials per corporate plans Perform opening and closing procedures as outlined Maintain cleanliness and safety standards Participate in inventory counts and complete case counts Work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime Qualifications Experience in sales, retail, or jewelry preferred High school diploma or GED required Commitment to providing a refreshing shopping experience Goal-oriented, sales-driven, and passionate about success Minimum age of 18 years Ability to pass a drug test and maintain confidentiality Attention to detail and accuracy Job Info Job Identification: 49993 Category: Fred Meyer Jewelers Posting Date: 08/08/2025, 10:51 PM Location: 12221 120th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA, 98034, US (On-site) Benefits include healthcare, flexible scheduling, emotional and financial support, associate discounts, tuition reimbursement, and career growth opportunities.
