We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice! If you are a clinical "pro" who loves building lasting relationships with patients and believes that oral health is the gateway to overall wellness, we want to meet you.
Our office prides itself on a supportive, low-stress environment where patient care always comes before the bottom line. We use modern technology to make your job easier and the patient experience smoother.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventative Care: Perform thorough cleanings (prophy, SRP), take digital X-rays, and apply sealants/fluoride treatments.
- Patient Education: Empower patients with personalized oral hygiene instructions and nutritional counseling.
- Clinical Assessment: Conduct periodontal screenings, oral cancer exams, and document clinical findings accurately in our practice management software.
- Collaboration: Work alongside our dentists to develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure a seamless patient flow.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active State Dental Hygiene License and CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience: Previous experience is preferred, but we are more than happy to mentor a motivated new graduate .
- Soft Skills: A friendly, patient-first attitude and the ability to explain complex clinical terms in a way that’s easy to understand.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital charting (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and intraoral cameras is a plus.
