HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA – Travel Nurse RN LDRP (Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum) We’re looking for a travel RN for a 13‑week assignment at a 9‑bed Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum unit in Dickson, Tennessee. Key Details Specialty: LDRP – Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week (12‑hour nights) Employment type: Travel Unit Specifics Beds: 9 LDRP, 1 OBED, 4 NICU, 1 OR suite Patient ratios: 1:1 active labors, inductions, C‑sections, and coupled care; newborns 1:1 until stable; NICU 1:3; intermediate care 1:3 (2 NICU nurses required if…) Staffing: No techs or unit secretaries; floating allowed between LDRP & NICU. Equipment: CPN Central monitoring, IV pumps, infant warmers, tele‑med robot for neonatologist, bili‑blankets, PCA pumps. Documentation: Meditech and CPN. Schedule: 3 full‑time shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays; PRNs to complete. Patient care: daily rounding on all patients, safety rounding.
