Be part of a supportive, team-driven environment helping patients achieve life-changing results.Why This Role is Unique:No night shifts or holidays – enjoy a regular scheduleWork in a rewarding aesthetic care environmentSmall practice feel with the backing of a strong, established companyKey Responsibilities:Support the full surgical experience: pre-, intra-, and post-procedure carePrepare instruments, equipment, and the operating room for proceduresAssist the physician during procedures as neededVerify correct patient, procedure, and surgical site in the OREnsure all medications and solutions (including tumescent) are clearly and properly labeledMaintain a sterile environment and clean/disinfect surgical instruments and roomsEducate patients and caregivers on procedures, medications, and discharge instructionsSupport patient discharge and return post-op callsSchedule follow-up appointments and audit patient recordsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and instrument traysStrong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and labeling standardsProficient in written and verbal communication, including basic report writingFamiliarity with MS Office, especially ExcelAble to interpret written, diagram, and verbal instructionsBasic math proficiencyExperience in patient care and working with physicians and caregiversPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsRegular use of computer, phone, and other office equipmentLift and move up to 25 lbs. as neededGood vision and hearing to interact safely and effectively in a surgical settingNote: This job description outlines the primary duties and responsibilities of the role but is not intended to be all-inclusive. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future.
