Step into a dynamic role supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade as a contract Speech Language Pathologist. This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse group of approximately 39 students, delivering essential speech and language services that help each student reach their communication potential. With a focus on both collaboration and individualized care, you’ll have a meaningful and rewarding impact in an educational setting.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Active Colorado SLPA licensure required
• Previous experience or knowledge in any of the following: SLP-CCC, SLP-Healthcare, SLP-Pediatrics, SLP-Teletherapy, SLP-CFY, or SLP-School
• Ability to provide effective services across a K-12 caseload
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and collaborating with educators and families

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy to students
• Documenting services and progress for each student as required
• Consulting with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student learning and success
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
• Keeping up-to-date with best practices and compliance requirements in speech-language pathology
