Serve as in-house representative for Bond Department, underwrite new business, and process bond requests and renewals. • Market and process notary and Employee Retirement Income Security Act bond requests. • Market and process transactional commercial requests. • Perform monthly bond renewal tasks. • Participate in first level bond collections tasks. • Assist account managers with bond execution and billing, and maintenance of account bond schedules. • Communicate with customers, bond underwriters, and contractors. • Represent agency to handle complaints, arbitrate disputes, or resolve grievances. • Interact agents regarding bond questions. • Set priorities and manage work flow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of transactions.
