The CNC Machine Operator plays a crucial role within a medium-sized team of 6-15 operators, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. This position involves operating and monitoring CNC machinery to ensure precision and safety, with no travel required. It offers clear growth opportunities within the machining field for motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
- Monitor CNC machine operations for efficiency and accuracy
- Adjust machine programs as necessary to meet production specifications
- Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the machining process
- Comply with all safety protocols and guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in CNC machining
- Skill in precision measurement
