Ourclient is a recognized aviation, aerospace, airline, manufacturing, or MROorganization supporting aircraft maintenance, repair, overhaul, production,line maintenance, and/or airworthiness operations. PositionTitle: Aircraft Assembly Mechanic / Production Test Mechanic Location: North Charleston, South Carolina JobOverview We are hiring Aircraft Assembly Mechanics/ Production Test Mechanics to support aircraft assembly, systems installation,testing, troubleshooting, and production readiness activities. The rolerequires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability tofollow technical work instructions in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturingenvironment. Responsibilities Performassembly, installation, adjustment, test, and verification tasks on aircraftstructures, systems, and components. Supportproduction testing, troubleshooting, and functional checks according toapproved procedures. Read andfollow technical work instructions, drawings, specifications, and productionorders. Useappropriate hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and test equipment tocomplete assigned tasks. Maintaincompliance with safety protocols, quality standards, FOD prevention, anddocumentation requirements. Coordinatewith production, quality, engineering, and leadership teams to resolvetechnical or schedule-related issues. Supportvariable shift operations and production needs as assigned. Requirements Previousexperience in aircraft assembly, production, maintenance, technicalmanufacturing, or equivalent military background preferred. Ability toread technical drawings, electronic work instructions, and specifications inEnglish. Experiencewith hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and basic computer applications. Strong safetymindset and ability to follow detailed processes consistently. Ability towork variable shifts, overtime, weekends, and physical production conditions asrequired. Aircraftsystems, production testing, quality inspection, or troubleshooting experiencepreferred. Market-competitivepay rates.
