Company Description Coastal Wellness, LLC is a growing mental health practice located in Hanover, MA, founded by therapists with over 20 years of combined experience serving adolescents, adults, and couples. The practice is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to clients of all ages and supporting a collaborative, growth-oriented environment for its clinical team. Coastal Wellness specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, mood disorders, acute and ongoing stress, relationship difficulties, substance use concerns, and therapy for children and adolescents. The team strives to offer high-quality, individualized treatment that promotes well-being and resilience in the community. Role Description The Psychotherapist will provide outpatient mental health services to adult, adolescent and children using either telehealth or providing in-person care. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual, family, or couples psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches. The Therapist will maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, collaborate with colleagues on case consultation, and may coordinate care with schools, medical providers, and other community supports. Coastal Wellness is looking for providers interested in a part-time (potential for full time) role based in Hanover, MA, with an opportunity for hybrid work including in-office sessions and some work-from-home telehealth flexibility, but all telehealth work may also be considered. The role involves active participation in a supportive, team-focused environment with opportunities for professional growth and clinical development. Qualifications Licensed or license-eligible mental health professional (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist) in the state of Massachusetts. Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents and familiarity with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, mood disorders, ADHD, and substance use. Strong skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and use of evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care). Ability to build therapeutic rapport with clients and families, maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health record systems. Comfort with telehealth platforms and technology to support hybrid service delivery. Commitment to culturally responsive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory care for clients from diverse backgrounds. Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
