Job Description Technical Skill :- IWS TL Hands on experience in Installation / Configuration of Genesys IWS Strong Knowledge on Genesys platform SDK. Hands on experience in Genesys Administrator/GAX in performing installation / Configuration and tuning. Strong Knowledge on other Genesys framework Components and interfaces like Genesys WFM / iWS/CRM/recording.
