Greater Regional Health is currently hiring for an OR RN! Join a high functioning, dynamic team, providing patient care throughout the surgical experience. Patient care duties will include admission, recovery room, and post-op/discharge. Within the OR, role may include circulating and/or scrubbing, determined by departmental needs as well as staff preferences. Other duties include tasks such as pre op and post op calls, ordering, restocking, prepping for the next day, cleaning, etc. This position does include call with 20-30 minute response times.

Skills and Functions:

• Working in a fast paced team-style environment is vital to this role
• OR role may involve circulating or scrubbing in
• Other duties include ordering, restocking, preparation, and cleaning
• Strong patient advocacy is important
• Good communication and critical thinking skills

Current RN license and/or surgery experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to ensure your confidence and success in this role. BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required but can be obtained after hire.
