• Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required
• Experience: 1 year of PCU RN experience; high acuity drip experience preferred, including arterial line, BI-PAP, Airvo
• Additional Requirements: Floating to lesser units, holiday work, rotate weekends; no on-call
• Orientation: 2-day hospital orientation, followed by unit clinical orientation
• Nicotine-Free Facility

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to PCU patients in a busy hospital environment
• Monitor and respond to patient needs, including high-acuity drips and arterial lines
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
• Support patient education and family communication
• Comply with all hospital policies, safety standards, and legal requirements

What You Need

• Active RN license in Missouri or appropriate state
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum one year of recent PCU RN experience, preferably with high-acuity drips and arterial lines
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, holidays, and weekends as scheduled
