Front Desk Concierge at Cory James Skin Company Job Description Cory James Skin Company is looking for an upbeat, outgoing and motivated Front Desk Concierge who loves people and has an interest in skincare, beauty and wellness. This is more than a receptionist position. We're looking for a go-getter, someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying busy and naturally notices what needs to be done without waiting to be asked. You might be welcoming a client one minute, checking someone out the next, then folding towels, restocking products, tidying the salon or starting a small project because you see something that could be improved. If you're someone who likes people, little tasks, organization and the satisfaction of keeping things running smoothly, you may be a great fit for us! What You'll Do Warmly welcome clients and help create an exceptional experience Answer phones, texts and client questions Schedule, confirm and pre-book appointments Check clients in and out and accurately process payments Learn about our skincare treatments, products and promotions so you can confidently assist clients Keep the front desk, lobby and common areas clean, organized and inviting Restock retail products, supplies and treatment areas Help with laundry and daily salon upkeep Assist with retail, promotions and client communication Notice what needs attention and take initiative without being asked Find productive things to do during quieter moments Jump into small projects that help keep the salon organized and successful Work together with our team to keep the day running smoothly and on time We'd Love Someone Who Is Reliable and punctual Friendly, happy, upbeat and outgoing Comfortable with morning and daytime hours Naturally proactive and self-motivated Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable handling money and payments accurately Flexible and willing to help wherever needed Someone who genuinely enjoys staying busy A positive team player Comfortable working independently without needing to be micromanaged Someone who takes pride in keeping their workplace clean and looking its best Experienced in the skincare, beauty, salon or wellness industry OR genuinely interested and excited to learn about skincare Industry experience is preferred, but a genuine interest in skincare and willingness to learn is a must.
