Case Manager: Drive Housing & Family Support
Downtown Boulder Partnership
The Downtown Boulder Partnership is seeking a Case Manager to assess individuals' needs and coordinate services for families within the homeless shelter system in Queens, NY. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Human Services and case management experience with vulnerable populations. The Case Manager will meet with clients to develop individual service plans, advocate for entitlements, and document case management activities. Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Downtown Boulder Partnership
