SLINGER/GRAVEL DRIVER & CONCRETE SUPPLY DELIVERY DRIVER Dual-Role Position | CDL Required | Drug-Free Workplace

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and dependable driver to fill a dual-role position supporting two sister companies in the Holmes/Tuscarawas County area of Ohio. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to take on meaningful responsibility across two growing operations.

• Slinger/Gravel Driver — Eco-Seal Home Solutions (Millersburg, OH): Deliver and sling gravel for residential and commercial projects.
• Concrete Supply Delivery Driver — Tusc Supply (Dover, OH): Deliver rebar, concrete forms, and related supplies to active construction sites.

This position plays a critical role in both companies' success by ensuring contractors receive materials on time and with a level of service that sets us apart from the competition.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate a slinger rig safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws
• Execute high-quality gravel installations with precision and efficiency
• Deliver concrete products and supplies to construction sites in a safe, timely manner
• Perform thorough pre-trip inspections (fluids, belts, lights, tire pressure) before each shift
• Inspect job sites after unloading to ensure drain lines, punch-throughs, and footers are clear and clean
• Maintain truck cleanliness inside and out (exterior wash every other day; interior wipe-down every couple of weeks)

REQUIREMENTS

• Current, valid CDL — this is non-negotiable (Class A preferred)
• Insurable driving record
• Proven slinger/gravel truck experience required; heavy hauling or dump truck experience will be considered
• Ability to work in varied outdoor environments
• Physical capability to stand, walk, shovel, rake, and carry 50+ lbs

Pay: Salary is based upon experienced
