Home Health Registered Nurse

Job Description This full-time day-shift role provides in-home Home Health visits to patients within a 30-mile radius of Punxsutawney. The position includes on average, and every 3rd weekend rotation, approximately 6 on-call days per month, and a rotating holiday schedule. Staff are expected to complete 5-7 weighted visits daily. A full job description is available from Human Resources. ## Qualifications and Physical Demands 1. Preferred: 2 years of hospital clinical experience and 1 year of community or home health nursing. 2. Required: current CPR certification and a valid Pennsylvania RN license. 3. Strong observation, assessment, phlebotomy, and computer skills required in a paperless setting. 4. Required at hire: Pennsylvania driver's license, good driving record, acceptable auto insurance, and completed criminal background and child clearances. 5. Must safely lift, transfer, and position patients; push/pull up to 50 lbs.; travel daily to homes; and manage stairs. ## Benefits: 1. Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus 2. Competitive wages 3.
