Job Title Decorator Technician Department Back End Reports to Production Supervisor Employment Status Regular, Full-Time FLSA Classification Non-Exempt Shift 2-2-3 Location USA – Olyphant, PA Travel 0-5% Position Summary C crew 7pm-7am Ensure decorator machine is operating at peak efficiency within quality specifications. Essential Functions/Key Deliverables Assist with operation of decorator equipment while maintaining quality standards. Perform daily maintenance plans and audits of machines/housekeeping according to maintenance plan. Perform and report technician-level repairs (basic technical repairs). Trouble shoot faulty equipment and assemblies. Assist Decorator Specialist with repair of defective parts. Perform routine quality checks at the appropriate stage of production. Perform any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role. Knowledge/Skills/Experience Vocational education a plus (Mechanical, Technical or similar). Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus 1-3 years’ experience as a Mechanic in manufacturing/industrial environment preferred. Self-motivated with high attention to detail required. Problem solving skills. Ability to work independently or as a team. Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair preferred. Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire-prevention, and environmental protection regulations. Physical Demands N (Not Applicable) Activity is not applicable to this position.
