House Supervisor RN - Kodiak

Responsibilities Expert level clinician with the ability to support and direct patient care services. Responsible for overall throughput of patients in a safe, efficient manner while ensuring optimal utilization of resources, including but not limited to caregivers, equipment and supplies, to meet patient care needs. Position serves as a single point of contact for caregivers, physicians and others for patient transfer or placement, promotes patient satisfaction through exemplary service, and has authority to make leadership decisions and provide direction and oversight for all hospital departments on behalf of Administration during assigned shift. Works in collaboration with the Administrator on Call for after‑hours issues. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Alaska Registered Nurse License (upon hire). National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire). One year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities. Compensation Pay range: $62.90 – $99.31 per hour (base only; additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives and bonus opportunities may apply).
