What you'll do: Manage overall branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, customer service and profitabilityOversee sales efforts and business initiativesPrepare reports, including profit and loss statements, monthly operating reviews, yearly budgets and other reports detailing operational statusManage personnel mattersOversee all safety matters, including audits, safety training, OSHA compliance, DOT regulations and drug and alcohol testingOther duties assigned as needed Requirements: Bachelor's Degree PreferredMinimum 5 years of successful business management experience with profit and loss responsibility at a branch or other individual profit centerAn understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparationStrong sales and customer service experience required, outside sales experience preferredEffective leadership, motivational, organizational and communication skillsProficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft OfficeKnowledge and experience in the equipment rental industry preferredValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordThis position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals' policies and procedures. Compensation Range: $70,040.00 - $112,060.00
