Warehouse Material Handler

Position Summary U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 1:30pm or until work is completed. Rotating half-day Saturdays and overtime required as needed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime. Job Responsibilities Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control Lifting 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires Operate safely at heights of 25 feet on stock racks while handling equipment Work on feet for extended periods and be willing to work overtime as needed Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures Assist other departments, such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will‑call, depending on business needs Perform other job-related tasks and follow supervisor instructions within reasonable accommodations Benefits Highly competitive wages starting at $19.00/hour Weekly pay Boot reimbursement program Healthcare benefits available the first day on the job 401(k) with generous employer contribution and match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays On-the-job training and skill development Tuition reimbursement Employee discount programs Physical Demands and Work Environment Physical demands: the employee must be able to lift products up to 80 pounds, push up to 40 pounds, and lift or move commercial tires using team or mechanical lifts. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, and SRL. The work environment may involve weather exposure, moderate noise, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
