Description

American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist for a hospital Adult OR position with robotics experience preferred.

Details

• 22-room Adult OR unit with approximately 120 staff and 1:1 patient ratios
• 24-hour in-house coverage on day shift with an in-house overnight team
• Procedures include General Surgery, Surgical Oncology, GYN, GYN ONC, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, Plastics, Burn, Urology, Podiatry, and Colo-Rectal
• Uses Meditech EMR
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Rotating on-call averaging two 8-hour shifts per month
• No floating required

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the specialty
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist credential required
• State license required if applicable
• Robotics surgery experience preferred
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Support surgical procedures across multiple specialties within a high-volume Adult OR
• Hospital-provided scrubs required
• 50-mile radius rule applies; local candidates will not be considered
• First-time travelers may be considered
