Location: St. Louis, MO Job Id: 327 # of Openings: 1 Job Summary Primary responsibilities will be running the reception desk, answering phones, greeting visitors, ordering office and break room supplies, and assisting the HR team with various operational projects and culture initiatives. The hours for this position are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday‑Friday. Job Responsibilities Maintain a professional and safe working environment by keeping the office clean and organized Answer phones and greet visitors Ensure conference rooms, supply cabinets, kitchen and other common areas are clean, fully stocked and well‑organized Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail Review and order office supplies and technology Maintain accurate and current tracking of office supply purchases, adhering to budget Coordinate with various property management contacts to ensure proper facility maintenance Assist team members with general office administration, including mail and shipping Job Skills and Qualifications 2-5 years of experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or other related area High‑energy personality that leaves a positive impact on others Must be highly organized and detail oriented Professional manner and experience in a business environment Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills Strong problem‑solving skills and analytical abilities Computer savvy, especially with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) #J-18808-Ljbffr
