Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy

Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy will develop long-term organizational strategy, identify growth opportunities and risks across business units, and lead strategic projects with enterprise-wide impact. Role involves competitive analysis, market insights, and close collaboration with senior leadership across all divisions.
Responsibilities
- Support organic and inorganic strategy development at corporate and business unit levels
- Lead competitive and market analysis to identify insights and strategic implications
- Project manage special initiatives advancing key strategic priorities
- Develop materials for executive-level strategy communication and board presentations
- Identify and evaluate emerging industry trends and white space expansion opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field
- 5+ years professional experience in strategy and financial analysis
- 3+ years experience at top-tier management consulting firm
- Excellent critical thinking, project management, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Life science industry experience preferred
Compensation: $143,000–$191,650 base salary, plus variable annual bonus
