Our client is a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturer that is growing again!  They are in need of a hands-on Production Supervisor  to join their team on 1st shift.

As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Coaching, training and overseeing production associates and leaders
Meeting production goals
Maintaining plant and production quality
Improving processes
Ensuring safety on your shift
Reducing scrap
Identifying issues and resolving them through root cause analysis and corrective actions

To be considered for the Production Supervisor position you must have:
Previous production supervision experience in a manufacturing facility, ideally automotive
Experience with presses is a plus
Hands-on ability
Computer proficiency
Excellent communication
