Job Summary The Program Coordinator I is responsible for physician onboarding (Task Executor) - executes standard processes, works with supervision, focuses on accuracy and timeliness. Direct Report Responsibilities This position has no direct reports. Duties/Responsibilities Physician onboarding, program support, special projects as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team. High attention to detail. Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks with guidance. Leadership Attributes Must have problem-solving mindset. Strong drive for results. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Excellent business partnership and customer service skills. Education and Experience 1 year of healthcare preferred. Pay Range $60,000-$70,000 (depending on experience). Physical Requirements This is a hybrid role, and the employee is expected to be in the office 3 to 4 days per week, subject to manager approval.
