The facility is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced debilitating effects of severe injuries or illnesses. The position involves working with a diverse adult patient population. Common diagnoses and treatments include stroke and heart failure. The nurse will provide direct patient care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Patient ratios are 1:6, ensuring personalized attention to each patient. The work environment relies on advanced electronic health record systems for documentation. Candidates should be skilled in providing compassionate care and fostering patient independence.
