Data Center Associate - Day Shift

Salary: $69,000 - 109,000 per year Requirements:

• Strong technical skills and knowledge of assembly techniques
• Ability to read, understand, and follow job orders and work procedures
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Preferred: high school diploma or equivalent work or military experience
• Preferred: two years of experience with a record of success in a warehouse environment
• Preferred: availability to travel more than 75% of the time
• Preferred: good communication skills and ability to collaborate with and support teammates
• Preferred: flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions and expectations, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally work outdoors
• Ability to reach overhead and safely walk, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel
• Visual capabilities including focus adjustment, depth perception, and near vision

• Assemble trailer components and subassemblies, and inspect them for quality
• Identify and repeatedly assemble trailer parts using blueprints or work instructions
• Safely use measuring and inspection instruments, as well as power and hand tools
• Work with materials such as steel, sheet metal, aluminum, solvents, oils, and abrasives
• Recommend ways to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality standards
• Arrange parts and equipment to improve departmental efficiency
