Senior Automation Engineer - PLC, HMI & Controls Lead

CDM Smith

CDM Smith is seeking a highly experienced engineer to lead instrumentation, controls and related systems design on complex projects. You will guide teams using 3D/4D drafting, prepare technical memos, and coordinate with clients to define requirements and deliverables. The role includes leading field testing, LOEs, startup documentation, and mentoring junior staff. Travel 20–40% may be required; contribute to proposals and client relationships.
