Option to choose between hourly or miles & stops Starting pay is based on experience Drivers have plenty of work opportunities to increase their pay Hourly option Average hourly pay rate: $23.21 Overtime pay after 50 hours Miles & stops option Average 70 CPM Paid practical miles, loaded and unloaded Average of 2,160 miles weekly Stop pay Drop & hook: $8.70 per stop Customer drop & hook: $12.36 per stop Live load & unload: $24.72 per stop Average of 10 stops weekly Additional Pay: Overnight pay: $32.00 Bonuses: $2,000 Driver referral bonus: Paid $1,000 at hire, and $1,000 at 6 months employed $100 Driver lead referral bonus for qualified drivers Up to $650 Quarterly incentive bonus Paid via direct deposit weekly Benefits & Perks Great company benefits starting after 90 days employed: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company paid life insurance Company paid short term disability insurance 401K with 100% company match of first 3%, 50% match of next 2% Contribute immediately, match starts at 6 months 9 Paid Company Holidays Paid Time Off 40 hours starting immediately, 9 days after 1 year Paid orientation Boot reimbursement program Take your truck home program with approval Home Time, Route, & Schedule Home Time: 2-3 days per week Schedule: Various schedules available Route: Midwest region Level of Touch: No touch freight Equipment 2023 & Newer Freightliner Trucks 2-3 year replacement cycle All trucks are automatic transmission Governed speed: 68 on the pedal and 70 on cruise ELD equipped with Samsara system Forward facing camera Qualifications Must be at least 23 years of age Must have CDL A license Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience No more than two moving violations in the past 24 months No more than two or more preventable/at fault accidents in the past 24 months in any vehicle No more than one DOT preventable/at fault accident in the past 24 months in a CMV No DUI/DWIs or license suspensions in last 3 years No reckless driving convictions in any vehicle within the previous 24 months No failures or refusals of drug/alcohol tests Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 60 miles of Channahon, IL or be willing to relocate for this position G&D Integrated has a rich history that dates to the early 1880's, when freight was being delivered with horse-drawn wagons.
