To qualify for the position of Registered Dental Hygienist (5+ years of experience), candidates must:

• Possess a valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Hold a current CPR certification
• Be certified in laser dentistry
• Exhibit a strong commitment to oral health and patient well-being
• Deliver exceptional quality of care
• Administer local anesthesia as needed
• Experience with nitrous oxide is preferred

Key responsibilities of the Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) include:

• Educating patients on dental health, including proper tooth care and nutrition
• Removing plaque and tartar through scaling and polishing techniques
• Taking digital scans and/or dental X-rays
• Applying preventive treatments such as prophylactic materials, antibacterial agents, fissure sealants, and topical fluorides to combat tooth decay
• Conducting screening and monitoring procedures for oral health
