Job Description Job Posting: Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position is based in Victorville, CA, and requires a commitment to supporting studentscommunication and language development across various age groups. Location: Victorville, CA Discipline: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Dates: Approximately August 8, 2024 - May 30, 2025 Hours: Full-Time, approximately 40 hours per week Work Environment: On-Site ONLY Caseload / Details: Serve students ranging from Kindergarten through 12th grade. Provide speech-language pathology services to students as needed. Collaborate with and provide support to Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs). Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapy sessions tailored to studentsspecific needs. Monitor and document student progress. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans. Requirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid California state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Experience working in a school setting preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of professionals.
