We’re seeking dependable and hardworking Porters / Groundskeepers to help keep apartment communities clean, organized, and welcoming for residents and guests.
With summer being one of the busiest seasons for apartment communities, increased property traffic means there’s a bigger need for professionals who take pride in maintaining clean, presentable, and well-kept environments. If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and making a positive impact on a community’s appearance, this could be a great fit for you.
Career Strategies partners with apartment communities throughout the area, offering opportunities that can lead to long-term and permanent positions with our clients.
Responsibilities may include:
- Maintaining cleanliness of common areas, breezeways, and amenities
- Assisting with trash removal and property upkeep
- Preparing vacant units and community spaces
- Reporting maintenance concerns and safety hazards
- Supporting the team with general groundskeeping duties
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Previous porter, janitorial, housekeeping, or groundskeeping experience is a plus
