Sales & Event Coordinator

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the action helping drive revenue, coordinating exciting events, and making sure every guest leaves impressed. From booking business to partnering with different departments, you’ll play a key role in making everything run smoothly behind the scenes (and in front of them, too!). ???? What You’ll Bring to the Table A passion for delivering friendly, professional guest service Strong time management and ability to stay on top of multiple priorities Excellent organization skills with a sharp eye for detail Confidence in communicating clearly both in writing and in conversation A positive, can-do attitude when working with clients and team members Leadership skills with the ability to guide, delegate, and stay goal-focused Basic computer and math skills, including handling transactions High school diploma (or equivalent) required Bonus points for experience in hospitality, events, or customer service! ????What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming and assisting guests with professionalism and a smile Using the CRM system to manage client relationships and opportunities Leading property tours and connecting with potential clients Partnering with clients to understand their vision and bring their events to life Collecting event details and ensuring contracts and payments are complete (72 hours prior!) Collaborating with hotel departments to execute seamless events Coordinating room setups and double-checking everything after guests arrive Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships ????Perks & Benefits
