Floor Manager

The Grace is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join the team! As an Assistant General Manager at The Grace, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dining establishment. You will lead our front-of-house team, oversee the dining experience, and maintain the highest standards of the guest experience. Key Responsibilities: 

• Facilitate team-building activities
• Delegate to staff but facilitate and cultivate an inclusive and respectful work environment for staff and guests 
• Communicate with culinary team and other heads of departments when necessary
• Ensure the productivity of team members in both back and front of house 
• Greet and accommodate guests requests 
• Ensure service standards are top-notch 
• Find room for improvement in all aspects, especially service and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and adhere to safety, hygiene standards and procedures 
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints 
• Must be available for evening shifts, and weekends. 
• Oversee and enforce standardized safety procedures and nightly closing protocols to ensure the facility is secure, compliant, and prepared for the following days operations

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Floor Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus.
