Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Reach Truck/Reach Forklift Experience Required

Pay - $17 an hour for first 90 days

Shifts open - Days and Nights shifts open

Location - Auburndale Area

Environment- Cold Storage Environment (Freezer & Refrigerated areas)

Job Description

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for selecting products according to tickets using a reach truck and accurately placing them in boxes for shipment. Your tasks will include product labeling, box building, material handling, heavy lifting, bending, stacking, wrapping, unloading trucks, labeling, palletizing, and executing shipping and receiving duties.

Responsibilities

• Select products according to ticket specifications using a reach truck.
• Accurately place selected products in boxes for shipment.
• Handle materials, perform heavy lifting, bending, stacking, and wrapping.
• Unload trucks and label and palletize shipments.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Execute order selecting and packing tasks.

Essential Skills

• Experience with reach trucks, reach forklifts, high reach forklifts, and high reach trucks.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with material handling and forklift operations.
• Ability to perform tasks such as packing, inventory management, production, picking, and packaging.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and pallet jacks.
• Experience in shipping and receiving processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks is a plus.

Work Environment

This role offers both 1st shift (6am-6pm) and 3rd shift (6pm-6am) on a 2-2-3 schedule. The work is conducted in a modern warehouse setting with advanced equipment, providing a comfortable and efficient work environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Polk City, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Polk City,FL.
