What You’ll Be Doing
• Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patient's needs for therapy
• Partner with caregivers to create meaningful home exercise programs
• Document visits and progress promptly and accurately
• Stay compliant with ethical standards and state/federal regulations
• Support little ones on their journey toward mobility, strength, and confidence!
• Support clinic growth and development through teamwork and communication

Who We’re Looking For
• You’re a compassionate, driven Pediatric OT who loves working with kids and values teamwork, flexibility, and growth. You’re done with corporate burnout and ready for a company that actually walks the walk when it comes to valuing employees.
Qualifications:
• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Occupational Therapy License in the state of Texas
• Pediatric experienced preferred (new graduates with an interest in pediatrics are welcome)
• Bilingual (Spanish) skilled preferred not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to professional growth and collaborative care
