Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

Role Overview As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you will deliver personalized physical therapy care in patients' homes, focusing on functional improvement and enhancing quality of life. Your responsibilities include administering treatment plans developed by physical therapists, performing therapeutic exercises and modalities, documenting patient records accurately, attending educational sessions, and communicating equipment or supply issues to supervisors. You will ensure infection control standards are maintained during patient care activities. Qualifications & Skills Current state license to practice physical therapy Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Current CPR certification Experience working with healthcare teams and geriatric population Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) Preferred candidates have at least one year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Compensation & Benefits Pay ranges from $64,000 to $87,500 annually, based on experience and location.
