Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal is seeking a General Surgeon to join its established physician-led group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire. This opportunity offers robotic technology, a strong referral base, and the opportunity to build a busy surgical practice.

The incoming surgeon will provide inpatient and outpatient surgical care, support clinics in Montclair and Covina, and perform procedures at affiliated hospitals throughout the region.

Physician-led surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland EmpireCurrent team includes 2 General Surgeons, 1 Colorectal Surgeon, and 1 Physician AssistantAffiliated with Prime Healthcare and Emanate Health facilities
What You'll Do

Perform acute and elective general surgery proceduresPerform robotic-assisted and advanced laparoscopic surgeriesManage outpatient clinic visits in Montclair and CovinaProvide inpatient surgical consultations and follow-up careParticipate in ER and hospital call coverage
Schedule & Call

Full-TimeClinic hours: 9:00 AM 5:30 PMFlexible clinic and OR scheduling1:3 night and weekend call rotationCall typically shared across two hospitals
What We're Looking For

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in General SurgeryInterest in robotic and minimally invasive surgeryAbility to build and grow a surgical practiceCommitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
Compensation & Employment Structure

Year 1 income guarantee: $350,000 plus productivity bonusYear 2+ productivity-based compensation modelApproximately 70% of collections after expenses, negotiableShared overhead structureRelocation assistance negotiableMalpractice insurance providedNew graduates may be hired as W-2 employeesExperienced surgeons may work as 1099 independent contractors
