The ideal Poke House candidate will: Be reliable, energetic, and motivated Maintain a cheerful, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude Exhibit exceptional customer service skills Lead a team and foster positive relationships Maintain a professional appearance Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment Communicate clearly and follow instructions Understand and adhere to all Poke House rules and regulations Expectations & Responsibilities: The ability to interpret P&L statements and translate data into actionable strategies Ability to remain calm under pressure and stressful situations Ability to work a rotating schedule as needed Create and publish schedules every week Conduct and send Reports to the Leadership Team regarding sales, labor, and progress of the store Oversee employee training, and, when necessary, termination of employees. Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances. Conduct product quality checks by taste testing and inspecting food to ensure the quality of food is consistent and up to standards Maintain a professional restaurant image such as proper staff presentation and appearance standards. Complete vendor and inventory ordering of products. Ensure a positive guest experience.
