This is a great opportunity for a driven salesperson who enjoys building relationships, educating property owners and turning conversations into long-term clients. Must have a high motor, strong work ethic and ability to make 50 calls per day to potential customers. What makes this opportunity exciting: $95,000-$110,000+ first-year earning potential with uncapped commission Realistic potential to earn $250,000-$300,000 annually by year two Large Maryland territory with significant growth potential Combination of inbound leads, outbound prospecting and industry networking High level of autonomy in a results-driven environment Enrollment in a 12-month professional sales training program designed to develop future sales leaders - 100% paid for by the company The ideal candidate: Isn’t afraid of the phone, this is a high-volume role averaging 50 calls per day, primarily to existing leads.
