Total Compensation: $50,000$70,000+ annually (base salary + commission)

What We're Looking For:

• 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 2+ years of retail leadership experience, with wireless or technology experience preferred.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams while driving performance and achieving sales goals.

Even Better If You Have One Or More Of The Following:

• Leadership experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Actively building community presence by promoting the store, engaging with local organizations, and creating positive visibility for the location.
• Creating a culture focused on exceeding customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and consistently going above and beyond.

• Recruit & Build Talent: Interview candidates, onboard new hires, and shape a strong, high-performing team.
