What You'll Do:

• Develop, coordinate, and lead engaging daily programs and activities for Memory Care residents
• Create meaningful opportunities that promote cognitive stimulation, social engagement, physical activity, and resident well-being
• Assess resident interests, abilities, and needs to tailor programming and enhance quality of life
• Establish and maintain a structured Memory Care activity calendar with a variety of therapeutic and purposeful programs
• Partner with caregivers, nursing staff, and families to support person-centered care and meaningful engagement
• Assist with special events, outings, family education programs, and intergenerational activities
• Monitor program participation and adapt activities to accommodate changing resident needs
• Maintain required documentation, activity supplies, and compliance with community standards

What You'll Need:

• Previous experience in a Memory Care, Dementia Care, Senior Living, or related setting preferred
• Experience developing, implementing, and leading resident engagement or life enrichment programs preferred
• Demonstrated passion for supporting individuals living with dementia through meaningful, person-centered programming
• Candidates with experience utilizing dementia-focused approaches such as Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care, the Montessori Approach, Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) programs, or similar memory care philosophies are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook required
• Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test
