Registered Nurse - Telemetry

$1591.20/week - Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with telemetry experience to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN will be responsible for patient monitoring, clinical procedures, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies. Responsibilities: Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans. Monitor telemetry equipment to track cardiac activity and respond to abnormal readings. Administer medications and perform clinical procedures following established protocols. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care. Document patient information accurately in Meditech electronic health records. Adhere to hospital policies regarding dress code, hygiene, and body art. Qualifications: Active Texas RN license required; temporary licenses not accepted. Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry experience. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting with strong critical thinking skills. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Prior experience with Meditech system preferred.
