ILLINOIS | FULL-TIME | W-2| COMPENSATION : $80,000- $100,000 Base Salary + Performance-Based Compensation

We’re looking for a proven roofing leader who is ready to take ownership of an established operation and help take it to the next level.

This is not a “keep things running” position.

We want someone who knows roofing, sales, project management, and people — someone who can walk onto a job site, recognize problems before they happen, motivate a team, drive sales, and understand what it takes to make a job profitable.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Lead day-to-day field operations.
• Drive roofing and chimney sales.
• Manage and develop the field team.
• Oversee projects, production, and profitability.
• Establish accountability through KPIs.
• Help build and grow the roofing division.
• Identify opportunities and turn them into results.
• Build the team and processes as the market expands.

• Proven roofing industry experience.
• Roofing sales AND project management experience.
• Experience leading a sales or field team.
