Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy for clients across a diverse age range.

• Completing detailed and timely documentation for all sessions, using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Effectively scheduling appointments and managing an updated calendar to ensure consistent client engagement.

• Utilizing a billing service to handle all insurance claims, accounts receivable, and eligibility checks, allowing you to focus on providing care.

• Engaging in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills and adhere to best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing varying mental health needs and challenges. Whether you are providing support to individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or other life stressors, you will have the opportunity to truly make a difference in their lives.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• Current and valid license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated professionalism, strong therapeutic boundaries, and cultural competency.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.

• Availability to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including two evenings per week.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with significant training and/or experience in couple’s therapy will be given preference, as these skills are valuable in addressing the complexities of relational dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary range of $70,000 - $100,000, plus performance bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy numerous benefits, including:
