Leasing and Marketing Specialist

Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Responsibilities Develop and update property marketing plans Create and maintain leasing and marketing collateral Analyze market surveys to recommend rate and specials adjustments Stay current on regional and industry marketing trends Coach underperforming properties through call monitoring and feedback Train and mentor on-site leasing staff Manage digital marketing campaigns, listings, and online reputation Audit on-site marketing, leasing activity, and lease files Deliver regular performance reporting across properties and staff Track and analyze website traffic and marketing performance Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent 1+ years experience in apartment leasing and/or property management 3+ years experience in marketing, preferrably in multifamily housing industry Yardi and CRMiQ experience preferred Proficiency with Craigslist, Facebook, and other social media platforms Training experience a plus Travel within the region required Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational skills Driver's license and required transportation required Benefits and Compensation Competitive pay ($55,000-$60,000 annually) Quarterly Bonus up to $4,800 annually 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a matching component up to $4,000 annually Paid Training Programs, Tuition Reimbursement Program Under $50 per month medical insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield for employees FREE basic Dental and life insurance, buy up available Vision and Disability insurance for employees, buy up available A dditional benefit plans for employees +Spouse, +Children available 8 Paid Holidays, 2 Paid 1/2 day Holidays, Paid Birthday or Work Anniversary Off Paid Time Off, 1 st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours 3 week paid sabbatical every 5 years with Monarch or 2 weeks' pay bonus (stay bonus) 20% off rent at any owned Monarch community, 100% discount after 10 years (subject to terms and resident selection criteria) $500-$1,000 Employee Referral Bonus Program (terms and conditions apply) This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and credit review.
