ACCOUNTING / TITLE SPECIALIST

Bobby Rahal Lexus - 6715 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050

Schedule: Monday - Friday, daylight hours

Rate of Pay: Based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Job responsibilities may include the following:

• Process accounting entries for vehicle sales
• Process bank deposit
• Post accounting entries for service and parts
• Post accounts payable and process payments
• Research errors and make appropriate corrections
• Analyze, research and reconcile accounts and schedules
• Ensure compliance with all state and government regulations
• Perform accounting and office duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Title work experience is a plus
• Dealership accounting experience is a plus
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
• Ability to learn the dealership software, Google and Microsoft products
• Team player attitude that takes pride in a job well done
