Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Senior Boomi Developer with deep expertise in Boomi AtomSphere and Boomi Molecule deployments to support complex enterprise integrations across ERP, CRM, HCM, and internal systems.


The ideal candidate is a self-starter capable of independently designing, developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting integrations-even in situations with incomplete or evolving requirements. This role demands strong technical leadership, problem-solving ability, and hands-on Boomi development experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Boomi integrations across enterprise platforms
• Build and maintain API-based, real-time/event-driven, and batch integrations
• Develop complex mappings and transformations (XML, JSON, Flat Files)
• Implement enterprise-grade error handling, logging, and alerting frameworks
• Optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to refine requirements
• Support CI/CD automation , release management, and version control
• Ensure adherence to integration best practices and governance standards
• Contribute to modernization, framework development, and ecosystem improvement

Required Qualifications


Experience

• 7-10+ years of enterprise integration experience
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on Boomi development
• Proven expertise in Boomi AtomSphere and Boomi Molecule environments
• Strong background with ERP, CRM, HCM, Finance, and enterprise system integrations

• Deep experience with:
  • Boomi Atom & Molecule architecture
  • Multi-environment setups (Dev/QA/Prod)
  • Boomi API Management
  • Listener processes & real-time integrations
  • Versioning, deployment, promotion strategies
  • Reusable components & framework-driven design

Scripting Skills (Critical Requirement)

• Strong hands-on expertise in Groovy and JavaScript
• Ability to implement advanced custom logic
• Experience with:
  • Custom validations
  • Advanced transformations
  • Dynamic document handling
  • Complex error processing and logging

Integration & API Skills

• Extensive experience with:
  • REST & SOAP APIs
  • Web Services Server processes
  • OAuth, Basic Auth, API Keys
  • SFTP, AS2,
  • Event-driven & batch integration patterns

Data & Database Expertise

• Strong SQL experience (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• JDBC connector configuration
• Stored procedure integrations
• XML, JSON, CSV, Flat file processing
• Handling large datasets with performance tuning

Infrastructure & Security

• On-prem connectivity & network configurations
• Firewall rules, secure communication setups
• SSL/TLS certificates,
• Secure API design and integration security standards

Operational & Delivery Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and RCA capabilities
• Experience supporting and monitoring production integrations
• Log analysis & diagnostic expertise
