Job DescriptionDirects and monitors all activities for large, high risk projects from initiation to delivery; projects cross platforms, applications, and/or business lines-Works with stakeholders to develop concepts, requirements, design alternatives, project schedules, and costs for new systems initiatives-Plans and directs complex program schedules and budget, monitoring project status in comparison to cost/time projections-Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and ongoing cost analyses, significant issue management and resolution, communication with business lines and project management, often at senior management levels-May act as an internal consultant within business groups to re-engineer processes for greater efficiency-May serve as a lead by providing direction to less experienced project management staff while serving in a project leadership role-Typically reports to a Program Director with dotted line reporting to Development Director ManagerQualifications-8+ years of program management experience-Excellent communication skills and be very polished and professional-Solid program management experience managing the full project lifecycle-Experience working in a structured project management methodology environment-Excellent soft skills and ability to build good working relationships cross-functionally and across other projects-Good detailed project planning skills and ability to manage from a project planAdditional Information- "All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines". - All candidates who are authorized to work in US are encouraged to apply.- Most of our positions require Candidate to clear the Background check prior to commencing the assignment.SOURCER ASSIGNED: Pete Tylor; Email: pete dot tylor at idealforce.comDisclaimer:The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
